The role requires NC RN licensure, BLS, and ED experience; ACLS/PALS within six months of hire are expected. BSN preferred but not required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and document medical necessity.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care plans and quality improvement assessments.
