Job summary

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and modify care plans.
• Document care, assessments, and patient responses accurately.
• Respond to emergencies, perform CPR, and participate in code team activities as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
