TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. The role involves working nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 3 12-hour shifts a week and a guarantee of 48 hours.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing, hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and possess an Arizona RN license. The job starts within 2 weeks of offer acceptance and lasts for 13 weeks.

Position

Registered Nurse (RN) / Emergency Department – nights at Northwest Medical Center, Tucson, AZ.

Contract, in‑office; shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 × 12‑hour shifts with a 48‑hr guarantee considered.

Responsibilities

Use the Nursing Process within the Emergency Room setting. Provide patient care, demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Maintain clinical competencies, delegate patient‑care priorities, and supervise assigned personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in emergency or similar setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required).
• Arizona RN license (required).
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Trauma Level III certification.
• Experience with stroke and STEMI receiving cases.
• Must be willing to float between units.
• Preferred: Charge Nursing experience (additional rate).

Shift & Logistics

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 × 12‑hour shifts).
• Start: within 2 weeks of offer acceptance; projected start date 7/6/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
