Positively, sign-on up to $20,000 for qualified applicants. Role involves caring for patients across all acuity levels in a busy ED, with a robust Nurse Residency Transition to Practice program and strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN degree or diploma required.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 1 year emergency, ICU, intermediate care or med/surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care per the nursing process.
• Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced ED with over 40 beds and extensive patient visits.
• Collaborate with the health care team to achieve quality outcomes and performance excellence.

Education
