North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. The role covers neonatal to geriatric patients with emphasis on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions. The RN assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include MN RN licensure, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year ED RN experience. Shift is Nights, 12 hours, with on-site work and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota; BLS certification required; other certifications optional depending on unit.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, autonomous, collaborative nursing care as assigned.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Develop and revise individual patient plans of care to achieve optimal outcomes.
