Job summary

Reston Hospital Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will assess and treat patients, perform procedures as ordered, document care in the medical record, and educate patients and families to support self-management.

Qualifications include RN license, Associate Degree, and within 30 days of start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS; ED experience preferred; full-time

Qualifications

• RN license required and listed certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) within 30 days of employment.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Emergency Department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ED.
• Assess, treat, document care, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to improve outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and maintain thorough medical records.
