Job summary

Adventist Health Rideout in Marysville, CA seeks an experienced RN to manage a patient group overnight. You will provide nursing care based on the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to coordinate care for patients of all ages.

You will use teaching and discharge planning as part of the overall plan, delegate to CNA's, and ensure safety and continuous care. California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in CA required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required at time of hire.
• PALS and TNCC certifications required.
• Dysrhythmia competency and IV sedation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and the health care team across units.
• Delivers teaching and discharge planning within the plan of care.
• Delegates tasks to CNA's and student nurses per competence.
• Documents care and ensures patient safety and quality outcomes.
