Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health, St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA, is hiring a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required or must obtain ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.
• RN Residency program completion within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Assess patient status and determine priorities for care.
• Develop and update care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policy and state rules.
• Support and educate patients and families as needed.
