Job summary

vTech Solution in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in a Level 1 Trauma Center. You will perform assessments, manage emergencies, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Must hold Ohio RN license and current ACLS/PALS/BLS; 1+ year ED/critical care experience; EPIC proficiency; shifts include days/evenings/nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Current and active Ohio RN license.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC EHR.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in emergency or critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Emergency Department patients and ED holds.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care and communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and emergency department protocols.
