Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• One year of current ED experience or completion of Kaiser Permanente New Grad Internship Program in the ED.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon).
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 3 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, provide and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate care activities with other health care disciplines.
• Accurately document in the EMR and follow care plans.
