Job summary

AdventHealth in Sebring, Florida is seeking a dedicated RN to join our care team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and document care in the EMR.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Qualified candidates hold an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

Experience in critical care settings and ability to work as part of a nursing team.
Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
Monitor patient responses and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Document care activities in EMR accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
Maintain infection control and safety standards.
Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using protocols.
