Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Tennessee seeks a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate and administer patient care within the scope of their training. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act of Tennessee.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee or eligible to practice in TN.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program; strong clinical foundation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnosis and plan of care.
• Monitors patient progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes health and maintains a safe care environment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
