Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Tennessee seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to plan, organize and administer patient care within the scope of their training, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes in alignment with hospital policies.

This full-time position (FT Mids; 36 hrs/wk, 11A-11P) includes a relocation stipend for eligible new hires and emphasizes compassionate care, professional development, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Tennessee.
• Experience in home care or nursing assessment preferred.
• Familiarity with the nursing process and patient education recommended.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Monitors patient progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes a safe environment and health maintenance.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
