Beatrice Community Hospital in Beatrice, Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse—Emergency Department to join our fast-paced team and provide high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Nebraska; CPR/BLS current.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC to be completed within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with patients, families and other health care providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Follows nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care.
• Provides supervisory oversight to assigned staff and manages supplies and equipment.
