Qualifications

• Active Kentucky nursing license is required.
• BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and plans care based on nursing standards.
• Develops a plan of care and implements it per policy.
• Provides care and monitors patient responses to interventions.
• Demonstrates organizational and leadership skills.
• Exhibits critical thinking during the care of diverse patients.
