Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing specialty training program and licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policies.
• Coordinate and develop individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Delegate tasks based on skill and patient acuity, promoting teamwork and efficient care delivery.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
