Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a licensed RN to deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will perform assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care within established standards while promoting patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities include developing and communicating comprehensive care plans with the care team, educating patients and families, participating in safety initiatives, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment in a high-acuity

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in emergency or critical care nursing is desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work alertly and safely in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering holistic patient care and education to support recovery and safety.
• Participating in quality improvement and safety activities.
• Developing and communicating comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients/families.
• Assessing patient needs, preferences, and barriers to involvement.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
