Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document accurately in the EHR and maintain timely notes.
• Collaborate with the care team and families to optimize outcomes.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
