Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider).

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs to deliver direct nursing care in the assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administers medications and performs treatments to provide comprehensive care.
• Reconciles medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and adjusts care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
