The Bremerton Free-standing ED is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Strong critical thinking, safety focus, and a patient-first mindset are essential. WA RN licensure and current ED/ICU experience are preferred; BLS and ACLS are required, with additional certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• ED experience within the last 2 years.
• Critical care experience within the last 2 years.
• WA RN license upon hire.
• BLS CPR required.
• ACLS within 60 days.
• TNCC / ENPC or equivalent courses within 12 months.
• PALS required within 12 months or as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to department and hospital policies, safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Administers medications per order and documents administration.
• Assesses patients across physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Gathers data relevant for patient care and implements interventions.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
