Intermountain Health in Saratoga Springs, Utah, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week with variable shifts and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding licensure standards. A BSN is preferred, with BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate and delegate care, manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: Review outcomes and revise plan as indicated; reassess changes.
• Professionalism: Document accurately, uphold licensure, and maintain ethical standards.
