Qualifications

• RN–Registered Nurse with current MA licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS or other required certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, discuss, and communicate a prioritized plan of care for each patient.
• Document outcomes and updates to the individualized plan of care.
• Initiate admission assessment within 8 hours of admission.
• Document all patient care per policy and standards.
• Support patient/family with education and discharge planning.
