Samaritan is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (Days). This full-time role involves caring for patients over 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm, with potential to act as a Charge Nurse.

A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for external candidates and requires a two-year commitment. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, delegation, documentation, and patient education.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State RN Licensure.
• HCP BLS within 30 days of hire – per policy.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC within defined timelines.
• Acute care RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate and supervise other caregivers.
• Document clinical data per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide patient teaching and support family learning needs.
• Lead shifts as Charge Nurse when required.

ACLS certification

PALS certification

TNCC certification

ED-CEN preferred

Crisis management
