Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs of the unit on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Facilitate staff-to-patient ratios in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Coordinate continuity of care and interdepartmental communication.
• Oversee staff workflow and resource utilization (staff, equipment, supplies).
• Participate in evaluation processes and provide input.
• Contribute to quality indicators and outcomes improvements.
• Supervise staff where applicable; enforce policies and standards.
