• BLS, ACLS, PALS current on hire; TNCC within 6 months.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and directs nursing care in the ED.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Provides professional leadership and supports service excellence standards.
