Job summary

Adventist Health Simi Valley is seeking a registered nurse to deliver coordinated patient care for an individual or assigned group, following established standards, the nursing process, and professional judgment. The RN will supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, TEAM/CPI, and NIHSS certifications. BSN is preferred and acute care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• ACLS, PALS, TEAM/CPI, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• BSN preferred and acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care per established standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
