Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is hiring an experienced Staff Nurse Inpatient in Illinois. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to acutely ill patients, coordinate with the health care team, and maintain ANA standards of practice. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified experienced ED RNs applying for inpatient roles.

Required BSN, IL RN license, and BLS; strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential. ADN welcomed with commitment to obtain BSN within three years.

Qualifications

• Must hold BSN and active Illinois RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptable to ASN/BSN pathway with plan to obtain BSN within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, sets outcomes, plans and coordinates care.
