Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The unit has 22 beds with a staff of 64; shifts include day and night with a 4:1 patient ratio. BSN is required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC certifications are mandatory.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year ER experience. You will assess acuity, assign triage levels, and collaborate with physicians to form care plans, while documenting all actions and ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• BSN required; candidates without BSN will not be considered.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year ER experience preferred.
• Ability to assess patient acuity and triage levels.
• Documentation of all patient care must be accurate.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
