Job summary

Incredible Health in Woodstock, VA is hiring an Emergency Department RN. The role requires ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license. 1+ year ER experience is preferred, with ACLS/PALS certifications encouraged.

You will respond to trauma, critical care cases, and urgent medical needs, while coordinating with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Shifts include day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and determine disposition.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $62,160 to $100,990 /year
