Incredible Health in Washington, DC area is hiring an Emergency Department RN to provide urgent care for trauma and medical emergencies. You will work with physicians and staff to assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate care.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year ER experience, ACLS/PALS preferred, strong communication and teamwork, and experience with medical equipment. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts.

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize careMonitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
