Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring in Media, PA for an Emergency Department (RN) role. You will treat trauma and medical emergencies, triage, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Required ADN or higher nursing degree with active RN license; 1+ year ER experience preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred. Competitive benefits and full-time options available in a Level 1-2 trauma center environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Care of psychiatric patients, Fast track, Transport , Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, or Trauma level 4.

• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
