Job summary

Incredible Health in Belleville, NJ is seeking an Emergency Department (RN) for our partner hospitals. This role covers day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, with opportunities in trauma care and urgent medical services.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, 1+ year ER experience preferred, ACLS/PALS preferred, and strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork to coordinate patient care with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
