Job summary

Incredible Health in Long Branch, NJ is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join our hospital partners. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts; roles available as full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Ideal candidates have ADN or higher, RN license, ER experience, and ACLS/PALS certification preferred. The RN will assess, treat, and monitor trauma and medical cases, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and participate in emergency protocols to ensure high-quality

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
• Treat patients with trauma, injuries or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Care of psychiatric patients, Fast track, Transport , Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, or Trauma level 4.

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require any type of urgent medical care
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
