Incredible Health is seeking a skilled Emergency Department RN in Corona, CA to deliver high-quality acute care in a community hospital setting.

You will treat trauma and urgent medical cases, quickly assess patients, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans, while educating families about conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS or PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Care for patients suffering trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer meds, operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
