Incredible Health in Laguna Hills, CA seeks an experienced Emergency Department (RN) to deliver urgent care, assess patients, and collaborate with physicians on care plans.

This role requires an RN license, ER experience, and strong critical thinking. Night and mid shifts are available; full-time and per diem options are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Care of psychiatric patients, Fast track, Transport , Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, or Trauma level 4.

• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
