Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN in Littleton, CO to join our hospital partners. You will provide urgent care, triage, and rapid assessment for trauma and medical emergencies, collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year ER experience, ACLS/PALS preferred, and strong critical thinking with excellent communication. Competitive benefits and sign-on options are offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $62,030 to $101,547 /year
