Incredible Health is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in the Modesto, CA area. The RN will provide urgent care, triage patients, and support trauma and emergency cases in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and ER experience preferred. ACLS/PALS and strong teamwork are valued in this environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injuries or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $98,260 to $205,260 /year
