Incredible Health is recruiting for an Emergency Department RN in Haverhill, MA. This role welcomes nurses with ER experience and familiarity with trauma care, fast track, or transport/trauma settings.

Shifts include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem options exist. Compensation stems from a broad salary range with strong benefits and opportunities in a Magnet-recognized, Level 1–3 trauma center environment.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required or preferred.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
