Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in the Burien, WA area. Nurses with ER experience are encouraged to apply for day, night, or mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

The position requires an ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with ACLS/PALS preferred. Expect collaboration with physicians and a focus on trauma and urgent care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients’ needs quickly, prioritize care, monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay

Salary: $77,500 to $127,620 /year
