Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a part-time Clerical Associate for the Liberty ED on the Liberty Campus. The role involves patient registration support, data entry, and collaboration with Revenue Cycle, HIM, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate information handling and smooth patient flow.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and timely communication with management to resolve system issues and assist with discharge and scheduling processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management and Regulatory by ensuring data and forms are accurately entered.
• Communicates system errors to management and suggests changes.
• Completes and authenticates documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintains patient safety by correctly identifying patients and applying isolation precautions when needed.
• Assists with patient registration, scheduling, admission, discharge and short stay documentation.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and handles health information securely.
