Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join their Emergency Room team. As an RN on this team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Our ER nurses are well versed in all levels of care, which allows us to continue to be, "The best place to get care. The best place to give care."

Responsibilities

1. Utilize the nursing process effectively to provide patient care.

2. Perform patient care duties, delegate tasks appropriately, and supervise other patient care staff.

3. Coordinate the care plan for a group of assigned patients.

4. Consult with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

5. Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
