Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN, you will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. We are a 32-bed, Magnet Designated, Level 1 Trauma Center and a top Comprehensive Stroke Center, performing at the leading edge of stroke care. We provide comprehensive cardiac care and focus on TCD (time critical diagnoses), performing time-sensitive testing to improve outcomes. Our ER nurses are skilled in all levels of care, embodying our motto: 'The best place to get care. The best place to give care.'
Full Time Nights (7p-7a)
Utilize the nursing process effectively.
Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other staff members.
Coordinate care plans for assigned patients.
Consult with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures, demonstrating proficiency.
