Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Michigan.
• BSN within 8 years of hire.
• BLS certification required by completion of core orientation.

Responsibilities

• Collect data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
• Assess patient needs and plan care.
• Document nursing care and communicate with the team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
