Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role reports to the ED Director and provides professional, compassionate care in a Level IV ED with a wide variety of cases.
You will triage, document histories, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff. Colorado RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC compliance within required timelines are required.

The Registered Nurse works at our main hospital campus, reporting directly to the Emergency Department Director. In this role, you’ll provide professional, compassionate care to patients in a Level IV emergency department. As a rural health facility, our ED sees a wide variety of cases—some routine, some unexpected—offering an opportunity to use strong critical thinking and broad clinical skills while caring for patients and families in our community.
Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
