Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Duke Radiology is seeking a diagnostic radiologist for emergency medicine evening shift at Duke Raleigh Hospital. Duke Radiology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join its community-based radiology practice providing dedicated Emergency Department imaging coverage at Duke Raleigh Hospital, part of Duke University Health System. This full-time position offers a predictable schedule, no overnight shifts, and full Duke compensation and benefits within a highly collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.

This opportunity is ideal for radiologists who enjoy acute care imaging, value schedule consistency and work-life balance and want to practice in a high-quality community hospital with the resources, infrastructure, and stability of a leading academic health system. Position Details
  • Clinical coverage commitment: Average of 10-11 assigned evening coverage shifts per month, including both weekdays and weekends
  • Coverage model: Regular evening coverage responsibilities distributed across weekdays and weekends
  • Schedule expectations: Consistent participation in evening coverage, with a mix of weekday and weekend assignments
  • Coverage scope: Emergency Department imaging
  • Employment status: Full-time
  • No overnight shifts and no call responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities
