Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire.
• Non-violent crisis intervention (CPI) within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains oversight of the ED tracker board for all ED patients including triage, EMS arrivals, and transfers.
• Identifies delays impacting throughput and communicates barriers to the ED Charge Nurse.
• Collaborates with Transfer Center/House Supervisor to facilitate admissions.
• Collaborates with ED leadership and the care team on processes related to patient flow.
