Job summary

Avita Health System in Bucyrus, OH, is seeking a Paramedic to join our Emergency Department. You will provide basic patient care within scope, assist Providers and nursing staff, and help maintain records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Licensed Paramedic by the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• PALS and ACLS certification or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet the communication needs of the patient, family and staff.
• Prepare and compile records within the facility.
• Initiate directions from Providers and the nursing staff.
• Provide basic patient care within scope of practice as directed.

Education
