Corewell Health's Big Rapids Emergency Center is seeking a dedicated Nurse Technician to support the care of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position is part-time, day shift, with 24 hours per week, and located at the Big Rapids Hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in delivering quality patient care.
• Take vitals and monitor patient status.
• Check blood sugars as needed.
• Assist with bed bathing, ambulation and wound care.
• Support safety and patient privacy.
