Responsibilities

• Lead Emergency Nurse Residency Programs: oversight, facilitation, and support for three cohorts annually.
• Advance clinical excellence by designing and evaluating competency-based education and onboarding plans.
• Drive evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and practice initiatives.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support governance and shared decision-making councils and guide practice changes.
