Job summary

Saint Alphonsus in Boise, ID is hiring Emergency and Trauma Nurses to support the Emergency Department of our Level II Trauma Center. We offer a safety-focused environment with options to meet individual needs and growth.

As an ED RN you will use critical-thinking and patient assessment to deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with emergency physicians, trauma, orthopedics, and neurosurgery teams.

Qualifications

• Idaho RN license required.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with Idaho Board within 60 days.
• Oregon RN license proof within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification required at hire (ACLS/PALS may be substituted).
• Emergency nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ED nursing care and manage trauma cases in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, trauma, ortho, and neurosurgery teams.
• Follow evidence-based protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
